How we work.
We start with the current product, user tasks and evidence you already have. I map the system, prioritize the decisions to improve, and prototype the proposed flow. Depending on scope, the result can include a UX review, interaction specifications, a component system or production interface work.
A SaaS UX engagement can be a focused review, a product design project, or ongoing collaboration with your team. We agree on the problem, deliverables and validation method before setting a timeline.
