AI experience design
Design how people give context, inspect an answer, correct a misunderstanding and continue their task. Make loading, partial results, uncertainty and failure part of the experience.
Human control in AI-driven design
When AI prepares a change, show what will happen and let the user review the proposal. Connect the explanation to visible evidence and make the boundary between a suggestion and an action clear.
Agent experience (AX)
For agentic products, design explicit context, allowed actions, task states and handoffs. My FleetDeck work explores how a person can supervise tools and agents across products without losing the thread of the work.
How we work.
We identify a user task where AI can help, then map the interaction and its failure modes. I prototype realistic responses and transitions, examine them with the team, and connect the design to a working interface. Product behavior and evidence guide the next iteration.
As a product designer and design engineer, I can work from AI product strategy through UX engineering and production UI. Deliverables may include a flow model, an interactive prototype, interface components and a plan for evaluating the experience.
